Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is comprised of eight (8) members from the Board of Directors, in which the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer are mandatory members.

- The Executive Committee, regardless of the powers expressly delegated by the Board of Directors, has the following powers:
- To inspect all services provided by Sogecable, monitoring the Administration and development of company activities.
- To approve the appointment, as well as the duties, of the General Directors.
- To receive detailed and regular reports on the progress of the business.
- To adopt measures it deems appropriate to improve the protection of Sogecable's interests.
- To examine the financial plans and the annual account forecast in order to submit them to formulation by the Board of Directors.
- Any other powers that may be delegated thereto by the Board of Directors in accordance with the law.
