The administration of Sogecable is entrusted to a Board comprised of a majority of external members, in accordance with Article 21 of the by-laws. The Board delegates day-to-day management of the company to the Chief Executive Officer and the management team, and focuses its activity on a general supervising role. Board members are elected by the General Shareholders' Meeting for a five-year period.
